SAFETY IN OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
1. Cut the raw wood material into the standard size
Length: 45–46 cm
Diameter: 5–20 cm
2. Carbonizing
Arrange the wood into the kiln.
3. Cooling off
Start the carbonization process in 15–20 days.
4. Packing
After 15–20 days, the process will be finished, fire off and wait for the charcoal to cold itself in 15–20 days.
5. Loading
Test the quality, keep the standard charcoal and remove the poor-quality charcoal.
6. Container inspecting
Cut the charcoal into the required size. Pack the charcoal according to the customer’s option.
7.
Store the charcoal in a cool and dry place, wait for it to cold itself completely in 5–7 days.
8.
Test the temperature of the charcoal and inside the container.
9.
Line the inside of the container with a fireproof cover.
10.
Check each bag before loading to ensure it is the correct weight and not torn.
11.
Arrange the charcoal neatly inside the container.
12.
Vacuum seal the inside of the container.
1. Preparing materials
Diameter: 5 - 15 cm. Length: 45 - 60 cm
2. Carbonizing
Put raw materials into the kiln from 500 - 600C in 18 - 25 days.
3. Cooling off
After completing the burning time, wait for 20 days to cool down the charcoal’s temperature to 270C.
4. Packing
Pack products based on customer requests while complying with the regulations on fire and explosion prevention.
5. Loading
Fill the container with a permitted number of carton boxes.
6. Container inspecting
Final inspection before locking the container and shipping it to the customers.
